Can foreign buyers purchase property in Croatia?
Yes. Citizens of EU member states may purchase property in Croatia under the same conditions as Croatian citizens. Buyers from other countries may purchase subject to reciprocity or through a Croatian company. We are happy to point you to experienced local legal advisors.
What is included in the stated price?
Each apartment listing details exactly what is included — living area, private garden or terrace, storage room and a private parking space. Prices are quoted for the finished unit as described.
Can the interior finishes be customised?
Yes. Depending on the stage of construction, flooring, tiling, doors and interior fit-out can be adapted to your preferences by our own finishing team.
Do you take on projects outside your own developments?
